Surely some others remember Bob Kimmins the Orrel lock, who was one of the least athletic locks you will ever see, but was a rough old cove.

Was it him or Cusani that knee dropped Nick Youngs at WR, who barely played again?
A club with proper heritage that got chewed up as the game went pro, wasn't there an attempt to tie in with Wigan RL?

I see according to wiki that SS played for Sale.
But of course also went to Loughborough Colleges as was, ( prior to amalgamation with the Uni) That must of been where he first met Fran Cotton with whom he set up Cotton Tradrs
