Saumaki isn’t really a great bench option due to not playing outside of 15.

Was a big problem v Sale so Ashton look like he might be covering 15 just as much as he is wing, especially with Steward out and Hegarty our 2nd 10 atm
Kini pictured training earlier in the week I think it was him anyway - behind Snyman, slightly out of focus, wearing a bobble hat. Doesn’t mean he is match ready though.

Kobus pictured recently as well, I can’t see the point of having him at the club if he isn’t going to be playing.

Think a bit of a clear out must be due to be honest.

Saints won’t need any firing up as rightly said.
I, like many fans, was at Franklin’s and Ford and Youngs were in great Form backed up by Weise, Staden( until half time) and most of the pack then Kini and JVP came on and played superbly. On the day we had the rub of the green but we also varied the game we played.
Saints will score tries against us and they have, I think, won 4 out of the last 5 games at our ground.
Play like we did v Sale, Worcester and Wasps and we will get beaten.
Players will know this is a massive derby but even more so especially as it’s Sarries v Quins and Exeter v Gloucester.
Hoping we, the Tigers’ fans get behind the team for the whole match.
I agree, Saints will be keen to win this, they don't have anyone out, I think, we have quite a few including Ford, Youngs and Genge and I think Saints should have scored at least 2, if not 3 more tries last time, if their players had passed the ball out instead of being white line crazy. We also scored an interception and also a charge down tries to flatter our score near the end. We must keep ball away from Skosan, hope that's not Ashton's job. I think will just prevail, tight one this!

Think we need to win here to get our form back. If we lose this 3/4 losses isn't the form of a title chasing team!

It won't be an easy game; it never is. However, as a team we have moved on since the last meeting and our defence in particular has greatly improved. We just need to play the percentages a little more and keep the discipline. I expect us to win the set piece which will give the backs a decent platform to do their bit. A win but perhaps not a 5 pointer.

Betting odds;

Leicester - 1/5 (For every £5 you bet, you will get £1 back for the win plus your stake money)

Saints - 4/1 (For every £1 you bet you will get back £4 for the win plus your stake money)

Handicap betting is reckoning on Tigers winning by a margin of 10 points.

Starting 15 all playing in their right positions, solid scrum good line out options and a specialist open side, with pace and power all through the back line. They are missing a good few too, shouldn’t be anything but a home win. That one unknown factor is our number 10, hopefully he has learnt from his brain fart last week and will perform how he can.

List of our certain selections in a 23 if available Genge, MVS, Youngs, Ford, Chessum, Heyes, Moroni, Steward, Murimurivalu possibly.

The fact that such a good squad can be named shows how far we have come, this stage of the season was always going to be hard but the regular season is 24 games
