With injuries and players ‘resting’ or not playing for reasons unknown, it really has become a bit of a lottery predicting the match day 23.
14 is good,I've got about 10!

Had a look at the team who played the home leg, and really in the same ball park (forgive the pun), the difference in strength is the bench.

15 Bryce Hegarty [4], 14 Freddie Steward [42], 13 Matt Scott [32], 12 Dan Kelly [28], 11 Hosea Saumaki [4], 10 Freddie Burns [83], 9 Ben Youngs [270]; 1 Nephi Leatigaga [51], 2 Nic Dolly [10], 3 Joe Heyes [82], 4 Harry Wells [135], 5 Eli Snyman [6], 6 George Martin [25], 7 Tommy Reffell [57], 8 Jasper Wiese [25]

REPLACEMENTS

16 Julián Montoya [11], 17 James Whitcombe [9], 18 Dan Cole [274], 19 Calum Green [70], 20 Ollie Chessum [18], 21 Marco van Staden [6], 22 Jack van Poortvliet [30], 23 Guy Porter [27]
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

I want us to win every game so good luck Tigers.
I was at The Ricoh last week and felt we lost it due to some bad luck; but we’ve had the luck in all the close games so far and secondly, for once Fordy and Genge made the wrong decisions not to a) go for the line out on the last penalty then b) not moving it to Kini from the base of the scrum c) Youngs getting turned over by the excellent Barberry( sorry about the spelling Alfie).
I’d rather we put out a very strong side v Bordeaux to prepare for Sale which in my mind is vital to win.
I think The European Cup is a mess this year so yes, try to qualify but think SB has got it right: give players game time who will be needed in the 6 Nations.

Worried that there’s no sign of our injured players, Hanro, Staden and Nadalo.

Confidence will soar if we get any sort of result tomorrow.

If we play a considerable amount better than last week, and get the grit back, which we were lacking last week, we can win this. Sir is pretty good, so this should not be a factor.

Burns could be make or break. Let's hope the magician turns up!

Tom Manz is a new name to me although I understand he did well at Nottingham. At 6 feet 8 he looks a decent asset.
Let us hope he has the speed, skill and dog to go with it. With so many decent locks and backrow forwards I am pleased he is getting a taste of first team rugby.Anyone seen him in action?

Looks by the selection that Champions cup is not a priority.

As expected by me, a side that is more than capable, similar to the one that won in France, not going to be easy but with no fans allowed from England, that does tilt the game in the home sides favour.

I think the only priority that SB has is to build a squad that is robust enough to challenge on all fronts in the future. Despite a fantastic start it has probably presented SB with more questions than answers. It is after all still early days and while I want the Tigers to win every game the reality is there is still plenty to do.

I wonder if we will see different tactics for this match. Moving the ball more and keeping hold of it rathe than kicking to them and giving players like Aki a chance to run back at us. FB doesn't have the same kicking game as GF either and is more inclined to run it. I may be wrong but I have a feeling it coukd be fun, if a little edge of the seat stuff.

Hi folks,

Connacht season ticket holder here. If there is any Leicester Tigers fan in Galway and hasn't managed to get a ticket for the game, send me a message. I have one definite spare and maybe 2. Unlikely that many travelled but if anyone is stuck for a ticket, I should be able to help out. The price of the ticket is one pint.

There are some Tiger fans that have travelled instead of losing costs of travel and hotels and just making it a weekend break. No tickets were made available for sale to Tigers fans.

Tom you have completely reinforced the reason I am a rugby fan. Crosses boarders, passionate for 80mins. Happy to discuss why we lost over a beer afterwards.
