I’m pretty confident we can win most match ups on the pitch, the only one I will keep an eye on is Kelly/Moroni in the centres. Kelly in particular will have his defence thoroughly examined so it is a massive chance for him to prove he can deal with it. Moroni is a proven quality international and at 13 might not be targeted to the extent I think Kelly will be.

As others have said, ill-discipline is a potential shoot-ourselves-in-the-foot scenario.

If we keep 15 on the pitch I think we win.

Kelly seemed to match up well v Manu and RJVR against Sale.

Although Andre brings another level in terms of skill and offloading

We need Marco van Staden or Tommy Reffell to get off the scrum and back him up and close down the 10 channel. Moroni needs to keep wide. Sale took route 1 and got absorbed. Quinn’s may be more varied and creative. Trust each other and stand firm. COYT

Need to keep Dombrandt quiet too.

(By the way Redstripe, 'nesh' is Nottingham too, so not so far North)

Excellent squad, I might have had a couple of different ones, but confident of a home win with those players.

Tigers just favourites for me (be smart, stick to the gameplan, keep the defensive shape and not get sucked into 7's style rugby), but how exciting is it to have unbeaten top of the table Tigers against the reigning champions in front of a packed WR? Knowing that whatever the result, everyone in a Tigers jersey will have put in 100%, played as a team and done us proud.

That's the best Tigers team i can remember for many a year.

At home in front of a sell out crowd I would make us strong favourites.

Looks like Chessum has overtaken Martin in the current "pecking order", both cover back row and 2nd row but Chessum is preferred.

Both great players, it's a luxury to be able to choose between the two and only for a bench spot. Fantastic strength in depth in that area of our squad. i would argue there is not such depth in the centres.

Very excited about tomorrow, got some friends from Kent coming up, they are Quins fans, so I hope they experience a proper Welford Rd atmosphere, and a drubbing for their team!! :smt003

We need to keep them all playing though, we don't want an exodus of some of these players to get more game time, Olowefella is one I had high hopes for, but seems to be on permanent loan elsewhere.

Yes he’s very quick but lacks physicality.

We are certainly putting out a **VERY** strong 15 (and 23). Should be a good game which sadly I can't attend :smt009
