I was only going to do 3 - 7km runs. Seeing the dark place Kev was in,I didn’t have a choice. I know he would have done the same for me.

Today was brilliant.

Joined by Wiggy and his lad Fred at the start of the run. Then to run with Ed and Nick was great. We ran to Wembley and back!

I didn’t know either of these two before today and Ed messaged and said he thinks he could help. Within a few days and with the help of Saracens, we were running into the stadium and spreading the message wide and far.

Ed, thank you, mate and to Saracens, congratulations today and thanks for having us. I really do appreciate it.

Finally, a big thanks to Owen Farrell for signing and donating his England shirt. This will go into an auction (more details soon), aswell as giving another shirt after we had a ‘friendly’ chat during Tigers vs Saracens game a great man, thank you for supporting the family and a speedy recovery.
