Commentators spent the whole time he was on the field calling him Montoija

Probably.. not sure but they never pronounced it like that during any of his previous appearances for us to my knowledge.. certainly not during the games I’ve watched

I realise it’s likely that is the correct Argentinian pronunciation, it just sounded very ‘forced’ from Egerton!

Interesting, but that's the old Brentford ground, not the new stadium. Either way the pitch today was not artificial like Sarries etc.
Pointing out that is our pitch
No problem.

Basically, a few years back I was in a pub saying how disrespectful Healy was being by pronouncing the name "Tuilangi"

I was overheard and corrected by two kiwis of Pasifika descent, cue an interesting and enjoyable half hour learning about pronunciation and culture. I learned that day

One thing we need to get better at is some of the penalties we gave away were just stupid and a quality kicker like Jackson will punish us. Reffell clinging on to the ball on the floor thinking it’s a maul when the referee has yelled ‘tackle’, Socino going over the top, Genge taking out the 9.. discipline is improving massively for sure but these were all avoidable penalties.

In first 4 matches we have conceded 2 yellow cards which is a definite improvement although we need to cut out silly penalties like yesterday. Massive improvement in nearly all areas is evident though but one step at a time

Great to see us winning the games we would have lost in recent seasons and with improvements and reinforcements still to come. Looking at the hilights I am puzzled by the penalty given away by Reffell and even more so why Jackson wasn't yellow carded for the deliberate knock on.
