Re: Tigers @ Gloucester - Friday 24th September 2021 - 1945
Couple of decisions not gone our way (12T on Ford, penalty try and the sliding tackle to take out Nadolo) but overall think the officials have got most things right. No complaints from me. We should have got that over the line and Scott’s pass in to touch are definitely missed chances. Should be out of sight but it’s going to be a close one. Just hope we can score first second half and keep moving away.. shame about George’s penalty at the end there!
We look good though and apart from 2 decent Glos tries we are great value for this lead

Barnes needs to watch his on YouTube where he explains you can’t take a player out without ball if he’s not bound on to the ruck

Scott's passing is utterly abysmal pass he decimated a clear try scoring overlap
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

He dropped a rare clanger with their first try and it would nice to see the zero tollerence on high tackles enforced both ways but not the worst we've ever seen by a long chalk.OakhamTiger32 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 24, 2021 8:37 pmTMO is Wayne Barnes.. pretty happy with his calls to be honest
No, not that one!
Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...
I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

We should have at least 2 more tried on the scoreboard! Although overall a good performance so far - need to tighten it up for the second half though.

Some dull penalties giving Glos field position. Stop them and I can't see glos getting out of their own half.

Was Nadolo tripped when we kicked through early on and it hit the posts - looked like it to my greenwhiteandred eyes
