Just read this from Genge. Really like his style and his winner takes all attitude. If this mentality runs through the team we are in for a great season.
Bring it on…

Genge improved a lot last season. He's still a wind up merchant but has developed the sense to walk away which makes the wind ups even more effective. The decision to make him captain is a good one and I can only see him rising to the responsibility. I also trust SB to recognise a leader when he sees one.

Tom did a great job and to his credit has handed over the batten with dignity and grace. No doubt he will continue to impart his wisdom both on and off the field.

I have been impressed by the growing maturity of Ellis. He seems to be able to speak to Sir in a calm way. More power to him!

With out a doubt commands respect and will lead by example in the manner of Tom Youngs ...
Would like his attitude to rub off onto his colleagues also - the spirit ,the passion and the snarl ...
Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....
