How to watch French Rugby?

So, I'll admit to not googling this at all but figured soemone on here would have all the answers....

Is French rugby, either Pro D2 or Top 14 shown on a TV channel I can get over here? Assume it's probably just Sky so no chance of getting it for free....

Premier Sports show the Top14, but it’s probably a pay channel. Here in France I watch the matches on the net. Can’t remember the site I connect to but will post it later today.

IMO, don, a dark blue beret, a white / blue (horizontal stripped) T shirt, a necklace of garlic bulbs - here's the good bit - consume vast quantities of Vin Rouge and utter "Sacre Bleu" at every juncture where the game is not going your way.

I am a fan of hats, red wine, garlic and casual cursing so I reckon I'd fit in at a live game!
