You’ll need to write a detailed description explaining why you’re nominating them. Read the guidance on how to write a nomination.

You’ll also need:

your nominee’s name, age, address and contact details
details of relevant work or volunteering they’ve done
details of any awards or other recognition they’ve received
2 supporting letters to back up your nomination - these should be from people who know the nominee personally
You can include any evidence you have of recognition your nominee has received for their achievements, for example articles, photos

Inspirational. The sort of bloke you would run through brick walls for. What an absolute privilege to have him as one of our coaches.

£1million now raised plus £200K in Gift aid .....so proud to have Kev at the Tigers and for what he has done to raise funds and awareness of Motor Neurone disease.

Absolutely fantastic and a very emotional challenge.

From Will Findlay

Sir Kevin Sinfield.

What you are doing is inspiring me and others to support those who need our help.

To support you through the night was a privilege, the darkest and toughest times I’ve ever had to face.

Kev, we all love you mate.

I was only going to do 3 - 7km runs. Seeing the dark place Kev was in,I didn’t have a choice. I know he would have done the same for me.

Thank you Kev and well done mate❤️

So after running 80km in 12 hours this will cover half marathons for yesterday and today.

23 DOWN, 7 to go!! (Tomorrow may be a crawl)😳

What an inspiration.
Not only SB's coaching, but Kev's attitude is shining through in how our Tigers are playing now: never, never, never give in.

Well done Sir Kev, in helping such a worthy cause. A Rhino and a Tiger.

They should produce and sell a T-shirt with the image of a rhino covered with tiger strips under the banner heading 101/24. I suspect they would sell well with proceeds to MND.

Just a thought.

I know it's a overused stereo -typical image of the North but Kevin you are truely made of Yorkshire Grit!

As for the Rhino/Tigers shirts yesterday morning and thought straight away "I hope the design is protected obo MNA/LEEDS HOSPITALS"
