Daily Mail saying that Smith will line up at 10 for England in the AI alongside Farrell and its the end for Ford and Billy V. Englands loss is our gain! Worries me now though that we could lose George to a French club or league when his contract is up. When is that ,anyone know?

Fans pick their 'Autumn International' England Team:

Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....

On current form wouldn’t argue with that selection at all.

Think it is 3.00 as they have to make way for the Champions League press conferences if they want any coverage.

One other thing, if he's gonna use Genge as a bit part player I'd rather him not pick him at all as it wrecks his form when he comes back. Biased aside he's definitely Englands best all round LH now and should be starting with Marler on the bench. But no doubt the favourite will be picked!

Yup, and to think Greenwood has Mako in his team of the week ahead of Ellis! Probably just proves he CBA to watch Tigers match :smt017

Marcus Smith, Alex Dombrandt, and Freddie Steward all included
Jamie George, George Ford and both Vunipolas the high-profile omissions
Four uncapped players selected: Leicester hooker Nic Dolly, Sale scrum-half Raffi Quirke, Gloucester centre Mark Atkinson and Northampton full-back Tommy Freeman

So if Montoya is away with Argentina, Youngs is away on compassionate leave and Dolly is away with England.. let's hope Clare is fit! So pleased for Dolly though.. really well deserved

So Genge, Dolly, Martin, Youngs and Steward all called up for AI by England. Great news for the lads. No place for Wells or Ford which while it's sad for them only helps us from a club perspective.

We did so I'm hoping Clare can slot in at 2 and C-D will provide cover at 16. That said, 2 of the 3 games in Nov are Prem Cup so it's less important. ) 5 Nov vs Bath will be the more important match during that month
