Discounts in online club shop

Anyone else bought anything on line recently?

Just bought one of the 20 year anniversary books plus some bits and bobs. Added my season ticket number to get a discount to cover most of the delivery charge, didn't pay too much attention to the final figure .... and looking at the receipt in the email it seems this ADDED £2 to my bill rather than took it off!!

Happened to anyone else?

Not sure in this specific case but in other shops I have had this happen because you can only use one discount and if the item is already reduced, it takes off that discount and applies your membership discount, even if the original discount was greater.
