It was tongue in cheek.
And agree entirely with your sentiments about Jackson.

Borthwick should play himself as a fly half before him

Churn, churn, churn.

Yet another player leaves after just one contract cycle.

I am genuinely worried as to what is happening. Just too much churn and disquiet.

Surely SB can only be judged on performance and results. Until the outcome of ‘churn’ is known I don’t see how this can be criticised (or praised) too much. We don’t know who is coming in or who was responsible for some of the short term deals.

I'm still a lot more settled than previously. Borthwick has so far proved to us he's doing a good job. It does take time to build a squad how he wants it and he was know for being a hard taskmaster.

Type of person he is I'd be surprised if there's anyone coming to the end of a contract that, prior to waiting to see if they exrend or not, he hasn't got one or two names swirling around as possible replacements.

I also think we probably have all players signed now, just haven't wanted to take the focus a2ay from the squad too much, so planned a post season announcement.

We'll find out soon though.

Iam disappointed to see McPhillips go as I believe he had more to offer than Zack Henry, I said before that with both Henry & McPhillips playing in the same team was this a selection process.
Perhaps Zack was told and Johnny decided to leave on a better deal but I feel he was not the finished article and by staying would have improved so much more..This is certainly not the first Tiger to leave early before maturing. Good luck and try hard today please I want the W.
To the world you may be just one person.
