Insane stats for an enforcer style lock

Nadolo wins a few too
I think the stats are that only Evans has won more turnovers than Reffell this season. Murimurivalu is very good at getting in there and once Nadolo has a hand on the ball you'd need a tank to shift him. Hopefully it's something we can develop across the team because we definitely looked short of a jackal today.

Great effort by the boys. No win at the Ricoh in 6 years and to go there and come away with 5 points is a great result. Vast improvement from last season. George Martin said after the game last weekend he'd been working on his defence. Blimey what an improvement, he cut Hughes in half last weekend and then this weekend he's chopping people like the very definition of a blindside. Love it. Good to see Chessum and Henderson getting some game time and the young props are going to be causing some headaches for Borthwick sooner rather than later if they keep playing like that.

Anyone else notice that Matt Smith was carrying water instead of being in coaching box.

Check out Gengey’s post-match interview for LTTV. Wow, that’s one seriously impressive dude. Captain, my Captain.

Didn't see Deacon yesterday, although I was watching on TV.

Strange as it may seem, to me Heineken Champions Cup qualification meant little.Yesterday and the season as a whole was all about progression - learning to be strong as a team and learning how to win again.Away victories are never easy pickings , we have broken a hoodoo this season and the self belief is returning fashioned through hard work and determination. What ever stems from this is a bonus....

I think the away win at a venue that we haven’t won at since 2015 will do wonders for the lads confidence going in to next season. We ended the season on a great run with back to back away wins, beating Wasps, Quins and pushing Bristol all the way and let’s face it we very easily could have won on another day. Finishing in the top half of the table after successive scuffles at the bottom is a huge achievement
Oakham lad born and bred, Tigers season ticket holder who is enjoying steady progression back towards the good old days!

I have to admit I did not expect the win here, but was pleasantly surprised. Obviously a good performance. A pity McPhillips has played his last game for Tigers, but that ship has sailed. JVP was good overall, but some things to work on. Keep Steward at 15 please.

Ellis is very eloquent and thoughtful, its a side of him that bodes well for the future especially if he can continue to channel and control his aggression.

Gengey interview was very good. He may be a bit open in his chat for SBs liking. For example he said they had been told by SB not to compete at the breakdown. It may be because Reffell was not selected or why he wasn’t. Sharing such bits makes being a supporter more involving and I do think is good for building engagement in the club though.

Was great hearing him talk about Whitcombe like that.
