Who told Tempest, "You're not strong enough" at the end?

All true. Recruitment in both players and coaches has improved our of site in the last 18 months to two years. Borthwick has methodically improved us beyond belief. Even the attack looked better at the weekend albeit very much needing of a lot more. With a proper pre season anything is possible.

I don't know but I'll buy that man a beer. Considering the players on the field it must have a been a back, maybe Scott?

Also very telling that it's Afoa who bounces crowing into Wigglesworth and kicks the brawl off. He knew exactly what he was doing, as did Lam. i.e. winning at all costs.

While I don't disagree with your general point about Tigers improving, in this fixture last season didn't Tigers beat Bris 31:18?

Both were off at the time, was it on the way to the tunnel? I'd presume Tom over Ben.

Quick question? Why did Kerr not come me back on after yellow card. If it legal to reverse a tactical sub after a yellow card?

Shocking officiating at the end, but arguably we lost due to the inability to score in the first half.

I believe Lam that the original substitution of Afoa was marked up incorrectly, after that it was all a pack of rubbish, the non return of Kerr should also be looked at, but its PRL so zero confidence.....oh & the ball was still in the scrum but WW shouldn't of let Uren near it.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

There's a good write-up of the last 15 mins or so in the Torygraph:

I think having calmed down a bit on Sunday, the call at the end was right, the ball did squirt out, allowing Uren to pick up and clear. The handbags afterwards were just that. Celebrating in someone's face isn't great, but they all do it. The thing I still can't get my head around is why the yellow card wasn't given after that initial warning ? At 77 minutes !! There were then a series of penalties, in "that" same area and a card wasn't shown. The outcome may have been the same, but it's almost as if the referee wanted the game to drift so that he could end it and not have to make a difficult decision. What should have happened, at 77:54 is a yellow card, time off. Then we'd still have had the farcical scenes on the touchline, but Tigers would have had 2 minutes to try and win it. Of course we'll never know.

Kerr is a hooker and it was a prop that was required.
