Argentina & Montoya

Post by TigerFeetSteve »

As he's continuing to recover from injury it appears Montoya is the leading candidate to captain Argentina

Congrats to our Argentinian contingent, and to Gigena too, long deserved.
Formerly of Burbaaage (not Inkleh), now up north at uni

Congratulations but hope it’s not another case of us getting players fit for the international team then they get worse injuries.
It will be a nervous time for us!

..the man does exude authority and no one can dispute his ability...
Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....

Congratulations to Montoya it would seem that Argentina have an inside track as to the actual state of his fitness. It had crossed my mind that Tigers are saving him for Argentina as still no sign of him playing again for us this season
Without hope we are nothing, keep the faith, a Tiger for eternity

It's great to have a chance to play for your country and to captain it.....

The experience gained can only be good for their future with Tigers and we wish them well :smt041

Big fan of Montaya-Just want to see more of him. Clare and Youngs have filled the gaps admirably but he is class
