Would he go against potentially playing for Australia though?
Brought up here and played for England U20's, obviously Australia will have its draw for him but Eddie might act quick considering his rise in stock in the last 6 months
I think it would have to be a very big draw! He’s got far more earning potential up here (not to mention England being his home!)

Just wondering what sort of game it will be (if one at all) as BBC report 9 Scottish players excluded by Covid!!

Damn. Just the Tour de France for entertainment this afternoon then.

Gutted for the Tigers lads who should have been pulling on the Red Rose at Welford Road and the two playing for the opposition. Hopefully they all get another chance next week though the rest of the Scotland friendlies are probably now in doubt.

What a shame for not just our Tigers players, but for the club as well who were going to be hosting their first international fixture in a very long time. At least England will be able to play the rest of their fixtures I guess.

I would like to know why England managed it but not Scotland.

A bit of a shambles leaving it this late, I've seen people complaining already about train tickets now being non-refundable etc

Depends when the Scottish positive tests came to light. Are they tested every morning?

Even if the players aren't tested that frequently normally after the initial positive tests they should be, a lot of people have spent a lot of money on transport and hotels to go to this game and I feel like cancelling at the last minute is very unprofessional, its the very unfortunate side effect of having fans back in stadiums

BBC article says the positive test results came in this morning - assume Saturday results were clear.
