Very disappointed with ticket arrangements. I go with my son who doesn't live with me so classed as different household, so cant get tickets!! seems strange as from 17th May two households can mix indoors yet for outdoor event on 21st may we cant!!

I do not understand why they then have hospitality with tables of 6 inside that are unlikely to be the same household but have those rules for people seated outside. Not sure the risk assessments are from the same perspective/standards. The inside ones appear to be to the hospitality rules whilst the stadium seating ones are more stringent. There seemed to be quite a lot of individual seats dotted about. I presume they are what’s left when the algorithm puts a seat between groups on different rows. You could go 1m distanced and get close seats as separate households. We have been teaching clinical students in household groups with 2m between clusters of households with no COVID spread since September and if seems to have worked.

Website seems to be pretty rubbish. Availability map shows small number of tickets available but then won’t allow selection, and says “no available seats”. Aaargh!

Couldn’t get tickets using my iPad but did get them on the laptop( well my wife got the site up!).Had email confirmation but you have to download the Twickenham Stadium App but tickets not there. Then email told me tickets would show two weeks before the final!!
Not sure you can transfer tickets so just be careful about getting them. Best, in my opinion, not to risk transfer from anyone not in your household.

I managed to get there in the end - failed completely on phone and tablet but old-school desktop got me through! Very excited now - but not as much as my son who’ll be making his first trip to HQ :smt041

It seems tickets are only available after purchase via Twickenham app on mobile, if you have purchased for more than one person you have to transfer their tickets to their mobiles as people showing multiple tickets on one mobile will be turned away. I do hope everyone going has a smart phone and everyone has downloaded the Twickenham app.
Or have I got it wrong?
