The only 3 on there are the ones who's hearings were on Tuesday evening. Wiese, Liebenberg & Brookes all had theirs last night so I'm guessing they're still typing it all up.

The cynic in me is thinking most of the others got 4 weeks so what's the betting our lads get 6-8 weeks! I am I'm wrong (usually am!)TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 8:20 amThe only 3 on there are the ones who's hearings were on Tuesday evening. I still think there needs to be a rethink concerning the law when a player jumps into another player standing on the ground.

Don’t mind Ridley too much, not the best not the worst.TigerFeetSteve wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 1:34 pm Saturday 27 February

Anyone else get a delightful mental image of the 2nd AR?
To win is not as important as playing with style!

When you put AR I was thinking of Arnold Ridley!

Not wanting to reopen the argument, but having watched the incident on the highlights again Liebenberg is nowhere near being able to get to the ball. And the Wasps player isn't jumping dangerously, he's probably as vertical as you can be when running and jumping.Noggs wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 12:30 pmI predicted 4 and 3 weeks so better than expected.OakhamTiger32 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 11:52 am Wiese suspended for 4 weeks

I suggest we leave this one as it could go round in circles for ever. It's open to interpretation and all that matters I guess is that both players were ok and he's only out for 2 weeks. He seemed to be holding his shoulder so hope there's no serious damageCardiff Tig wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 4:12 pmNot wanting to reopen the argument, but having watched the incident on the highlights again Liebenberg is nowhere near being able to get to the ball. Re: BRISTOL vs TIGERS - Sat 27 Feb 21 (1300)
My comment was in general rather than with respect to this particular incident.
I believe it is an area of the game where changes to the laws could be considered.
Players jumping in the air when receiving long kicks, where the only reason for doing so is the hope that the chasing player will mistime his tackle resulting in a penalty, is also worth considering.
However, for now we can let it go.
