Did Tom Youngs give away penalty advantage for tackling somebody without the ball when he tackled the guy with the ball or did my eyes deceive me

Still leaking points for a laugh, the pack is becoming a force, the back line without Ford and Youngs just looks ineffective, the pace and intensity in the Worcester line is so obvious and that’s with no big name players.
