Is Bonilla signed up for a few seasons? I thought that he was only here for this season before he went off elsewhere, due to Argentina not playing in The Championship.
I think he was only originally signed for this year.
Then there was the rumor that Henry may be off due to us having discussions with Bonilla about extending his stay.
He's certainly either a victim to the overseas quota (Which SB has stated IS currently affecting selection) OR he's not match fit (but there are images of him from the week before the Wuss game training with the squad.
Certainly if we're looking at extending his stay we need to have a resolution to the overseas issue if that's the problem.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

If we had said 2nd choice to Ford, might of persuaded him to sign on for 2 or 3 years, he is 3rd/4th choice at the Scarlets...at the moment.
With the WRU putting a lot of pressure on him it was probably a losing cause.
It's an area where I think the WRU are shooting themselves in the foot. I can understand their frustration when players the regions develop move elsewhere weakening their domestic sides. Enticing players such as Costelow or Francis away when they have been developed by clubs outside Wales will just make set-ups wary of developing EQP players who are also WQP and have ambitions to play for Wales. I just hope Reffell doesn't move on too.
He's a better player than Henry in my opinion. Henry has a decent passing game but his tactical kicking is a work in progress. I wish Tigers would use Steward's huge boot more for exits to take pressure of Henry's tactical kicking.
Believe Bonilla was initially signed for one season.Since his arrival there have been many contradictory rumours regarding his proposed length of tenure.Have to suspect foreign player eligibility is playing a part , especially considering we did acquire the services of Julián Montoya 'early'.However, can't be sure.
Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....
Although this is in relation to Calum Sheedy and Ioan Lloyd at Bristol, the same applies to Gloucester with LRZ and us with potentially Reffell for example.
Formerly of Burbaaage (not Inkleh), now up north at uni
Well the WRU have to look after their own as does everyone else.
Of course, as someone said, it may mean that English clubs now stop taking in young players that are Welsh qualified and won't agree to not take up that allegiance. Which may or may not have been considered by the WRU.

How is it that LRZ and Calum Sheedy can play for Wales without playing there?
If you are NOT capped you can play anywhere.
HOWEVER after getting your first cap yo CANNOT sign a further contract (or extension) with a non Welsh region until you have passed 60 caps.
Basically means they can cap anyone and then force them to move to a Welsh region when their next contract renewal is due
Great way to supplement the Regions playing pool at a reasonable rate (no bidding war with the French or English clubs). Francis, Holmes, Williams, Tompkins, Rowlands and Moriarty none of whom came through the Welsh system put all who have had to move or are moving to Wales after being capped.
Some welsh supporters (Especially mr Wales online Simon Thomas) are pretty delusional when it comes to welsh club rugby.
They think that the players coming over from English rugby will make a impact.
But how often do you see players leaving despite wanting to stay improve at their new clubs?
It's the difference between Kalamafoni who joined on his own accord and plays his heart out for Scarlets and Josh Adams who was thriving in Worcester and told he had to leave due to Wales who has done nothing at Cardiff.
