Feels like it's been a little while since we've had one nominated!
No, not that one!

Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...

I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Was a cracking try.
From the kick to the catch by Steward, the offload by Nandolo and Wells' finish were all high class.
Some other good tries.

The kick and gather by Steward was ridiculously good,Biggaresque!

Edit: Did he kick it?

The offload from Nemani was absolute top drawer stuff, we need to be looking for that sort of play, you have to go low tackling him so it often leaves him free to offload, if YBY had given him the ball after Genges run in the first half it was a certain try, it's still not obvious if we know how best to utilise him....one man ruck clearances aside..
To win is not as important as playing with style!

Iirc Spencer (?) Kicked to us, Steward caught it and passed it in field to Ford, who kicked it for Steward to chase, he gathered the kick superbly and was tackled, Ben Youngs took the ball from the ruck, dummies to the right but the wheels round to the left, pass to Nadolo who fixed his man then offloaded out the back of his hand to Wells who straightened up to fix his man with Ben Youngs on his left shoulder helping to keep it one v one for Wells to crash over the line (over Spencer I think?).

As good as the try was, not sure it's better than Rees-Zammit's or Sopoaga's efforts but I thought the quality of rugby on show was pretty good in Round 5.

I think Nadolo held up a couple of defenders and watch for the little dummy from Wells before he crashes through the defender to score. Great example for any kids watching it's all about keeping the ball in two hands.

Haven’t seen them back to back, but when Rees-Zammit scored, I was immediately reminded of Sopoangas try. They seemed very similar to me.
In my defence, I was left unsupervised….

Not Capstick as that was a clear penalty for Simmonds holding on
Not Rees-Zammit as that space was just poor defending
Nearly Sopoaga but same issue as Rees-Zammit
Very close for Spencer for his heads up awareness and football talents
Winner Wells for the kick, gather, YBY change of direction, Nadolo's silky offload and Wells catch and power.

Not biased :smt005
