100% Hanro has been unbelievably good for us too.
You'd be mad to argue on either of those points! Both have been outstanding. Without Wiese I don't think we win today.

Wiese showed his character today by bouncing back after his error. How often does a player get a yellow card and MotM??

Think posters are being too harsh on Henderson, not his fault his pod were in the wrong position, as for the penalty well I suspect any other week he would have probably got away with it but because of the Gloucester v Sale antics Barnes was looking out for such interferences.

Saints are finding some form now they have their squad back together. It will be a tough match, tougher than yesterday imho. Certainly a winnable game though and with the likes of Lavanini, Reffell, Taufua, Moroni all back in contention we have a great chance of taking the points. Hope we can continue the excellent momentum that we are building. 16 points in last 4 matches (all competitions) and some 'Tigers of Old' starting to resurface

Saints so far this season have won one game vs Worcester a week ago (disregarding their "victory" yesterday due to Covid) their last premiership victory prior was back in March.

Form wise although they came close on a few occasions I wouldn't say they have rediscovered their form just yet. That said derby games aren't won on form, they're won on belief and a will to win (very glad we showed those yesterday)
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

I'm a bit sceptical of the "derby game" factor (isn't it really just something hyped up by broadcasters to promote their product?) and even more so when there are no crowds and almost none of the players involved are from the area. The game will be won on exactly the same things as any other Premiership game which do include belief and the will to win, along with discipline, organisation, accuracy, fitness etc.

Northampton haven't been getting the results, but from what I've seen of them they do look to be playing better rugby again.

Very few Premiership matches are easy to predict these days, and this one will be no different with both teams very capable of winning. There are also some covid tests to do in the meantime, which could sway the odds one way or the other.

To be fair you are right. They did look like they might be getting it together against Worcester and put in a good showing but they have won 6 out of their last 19 games all competitions and lost both their European matches recently. Here's hoping we can capitalise on it

Think it's a bit early to compare with the likes of Corry or Deano but undoubtedly, Wiese has been the Number 8 we have been looking for since Waldrom left.

That is in no way a disservice to Kalamafoni, who was one of my favourite players and has quickly become popular with the Llanelli fans at Scarlets, but he was a 6 doing his best at 8 and especially when Genge was injured was doing all the grunt work himself which affected his ability to break the gainline.

Personally he's the eight we wanted before Waldrom.
Waldrom was a great carrier but Wiese seems to bring everything to the park, not just carries but his tackling and his ruck clearances.

Difficult game to call to be honest with 2 teams in a very similar position:

Both won 2 and lost 3
Points for: 96 Tigers, 98 Saints
Points against: 103 Tigers, 109 Saints
Bonus points: 1 Tigers, 3 Saints

Tigers come off the back of a good win vs Bath and therefore some momentum
Saints come off a cancellation
