I'm surprised we haven't seem Wallace. I hope he's injured. Well, I don't hope he's injured, but I hope that's the reason we haven't seen him......if you see what I mean.

He was our form player at the end of last season.

Wow in the past we’ve had a star studded back line but no pack. We’ve now got a frightening pack, great back line on the field and strength on the bench. :smt023

Would we be able to field this side in the Prem? What's the EQP threshold? Not complaining, just interested.

11 EQP by my count in that 23.

I'm not sure what the rules are for the Prem.

If we don't give Brive a good hiding with that line up then I am going to be completely nonplussed.

would be 14/23.
But it's worked out as a average at the end of season.

Currently on 14.6 average

Having the players in a team is one thing, having the players in a team playing as a team is another thing and takes time.

With a team like that it leaves no excuses for a poor performance.
If only we could see that on paper week in week out. Gladdens my heart

Good line up. Looking forward to the game and particularly seeing Bonilla getting a chance when we’re not already 20 points down.

I think having Lavanini back is massive as means we can more easily play someone like Taufua or Reffell in back row.

I'm not sure what the rules are for the Prem.

I may be wrong but my understanding is:

The rules state that only 2 overseas players can be on the pitch at one time. However EU citizens (under Bosman ruling) & Commonwealth citizens (under Kolpak rulings) do not count as overseas.

However EQP is an financial incentive scheme NOT a rule for players.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

The Brive 23:
1Thompson-Stringer*
2 Alkhazashavili
3 Brennan (Daniel, son of former Toulouse and Ireland's Trevor Brennan)
4 Malafosse*
5 South
6 Abadie
7 Fa'aso'o*
8 Voisin (c)*
9 Delarue*
10 Hervé*
11 Buliruarua
12 Galala*
13 Galletier
14 Douglas
15 Jurand*

16 Jouannet 17 Tapeluelu 18 Japaridze* 19 Cerqueira* 20 Tskhadadze 21 Delord 22 Olding*23 Grandidier Nkanang (ex Old Elthamians)

*Eleven of these players were in the 23 that won in Agen at the weekend, so it's not exactly a full-strength team.
If Tigers don't secure a winning bp then I'll eat my hat.
