Other Round 2 Fixtures

Post by TigerFeetSteve »

Falcons backing up their performance against Bath at the moment.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

They're involved in a concussion study, so I expect it's some form of accelerometer

Can someone with more knowledge or savvy than me PLEASE explain why if you are going to kick long for territory why do you not kick for touch? Is it because the players are not skilful enough or do they prefer kick tennis?

A truly appalling match but Leicester won it. Richards coaching, Young orchestrating, Flood delivering ,backed up by Mc Guigan and Mulipola. A great ending -and Deano was seen to actually smile. Amazing.

Talking about Logo, didn't see Falcons beating Bath and Sale - but they have! That will make the bottom of the table interesting!

I reckon 2nd - 12th will be very close to each other this season.

Am I the only one who would find it hilarious if Sale took the drop at the end of this season?
No, not that one!

Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...

I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

When you say Leicester won it...didn't Young, Flood and McGuigan come to us from Falcons in the first place and then work their way back home?

Falcons won it. Some of their players, coaches had experience at Tigers at some point in their careers.

No.
I'd also enjoy some schadenfreude, but I can't see it happening.

Hardly inspiring as a spectacle but nevertheless a great result for Newcastle , their second in succession.
Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....

Awful game. aimless kicking, lineouts lost, I am glad I don't support a team that plays like that!
