And another good signing for Toulouse - Perpignan fullback, Melvyn Jaminet(22 years old), who distinguished himself during his first three caps for the French XV in Australia this summer, should join Toulouse next summer.Robespierre wrote: ↑Wed Sep 29, 2021 9:55 am Take note of this name - Pierre-Louis Barassi!
Barassi, a very promising centre (23 years old) with one cap for France (v Tonga at the 2019 World Cup in Japan) and currently playing for Lyon, has signed a three-year contract with Toulouse at the end of this season.
His game will undoubtedly flourish with Toulouse, and he'll most likely be in the French squad come the the 2023 World Cup here in France, and maybe even in this season's 6Nations.

Amidst the disquiet and unease surrounding the dispute between Players , Clubs and Agents in the U.K with regard to who exactly should pay the latter groups fees comes the 'news' that certain well known players CV's are circulating in France , amongst them , according to Neil Fissler is that of Nathan Hughes :

Clermont fly half Camille Lopez (32 years old, 28 French caps), is apparently having discussions regarding a move to Biarritz Olympique next season. However, his contract with Clermont is until June 2023 so an agreement will have to be sought between the two clubs for the move to happen.
Elsewhere, Leinster's Rhys Ruddock(back row), Ross Byrne (fly half) and Andrew Porter (prop) are interesting clubs on both England and France.

None of those players will leave Leinster.
Most likely all have the same agent and he's just trying to get some info.
Porter is an established International
Ruddock and Bryne most likely just 1 injury away from being involved more often, but both are on the Radar.

It’s rumoured that Frédéric Michalak is about to join Toulon as a “consultant” for the three-quarters. Club President Bernard Lemaître has publicly stated he’s not at all happy with Toulon’s start to the Top14 season and wants a change of fortunes - rapidly, so the arrival of Michalak will mount the pressure on current head coach Patrick Collazo.
