There are rumblings in the French rugby press about the Vunipolas coming to France, notably Billy to Bordeaux to replace Louis Picamoles who hangs up his boots at the end of this season.

Japan National League 1 quotas announced
2022: Clubs need to have 17 Japanese Players in a 23 and 11 starters
2023: 80% of the squad has to be Japanese players or 40+ players.
But clubs are now allowed to start 3 non Japanese Internationals as opposed to 2.
Going to see less players going to Japan outside the superstars.

Hard to say, at the moment they stockpile more than they can play in the quotas and the quota is going up.RagingBull wrote: ↑Wed Oct 27, 2021 9:32 am Japan National League 1 quotas announced
