Rugby Paper infers that Newcastle are looking to sign South African lock Jeremy Jordaan from Agen (just relegated from Top 14 in France).

I'm guessing not a new player and just a new deal for Manu.
Credit to Sale if that is the case. Cannot remember our having managed to negotiate a new contract with Manu without months of negotiations and brinksmanship, at least one or two clubs appearing in the media as being 'desperate' to sign him and even the odd visit to another club's facilities. To get a new deal signed so quickly is something of a miracle (or an indication that the lucrative deals abroad are simply not on the table this year)

Sale making no announcements until after Duke of Edinburgh's funeral.
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Elton Jantjies joins Pau as a medical joker, great player always would’ve liked him joining the prem in some form

Could be a very good signing for Pau, who find themselves 13th in the Top14 and 7 points adrift of Bayonne in 12th place.
At the end of the season the club in 13th will have a one-match playoff against the runner-up of the ProD2 playoffs for the right to play in the Top14 next season.
Incidentally, Pau are at home to Bayonne this Friday night and must win to have a chance of avoiding relegation.

It seems that Zebo, whose contract with Racing isn’t being renewed, is heading back to Munster.

Apparently beat off strong competition for his signature from London Irish.
