Ah the mantra of "throw enough money at them and they will come".

I may be wrong but think I saw somewhere that 20+ players are leaving Wuss this year, so they will have cap to spend, just who and where they spend it...
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

This is correct ( the' 20+' quote being made by Warriors Head Coach John Thomas { great name !! } ) , and recruitment has already began for next season with some serious money already being spent - should speculation be accurate...

According to The Rugby Paper (25/4/21) Harlequins are looking at the possibility of recruiting Tommy Allan (Tommaso Allan) ,Benetton Treviso, for season 2021-2022.The London Club believe an international call up for Marcus Smith is almost inevitable and thus need back up.

Maybe they think Garbisi will have a different backup in the Italian squad?

Allen was dropping down the Italy 10 pecking order this 6 Nations.
I wouldn't be surprised if for some extra £ he might make himself unavailable for Internationals

Tongan number 8 Sione Vailanu will move from Wasps to Worcester Warriors at the end of this season on a two year contract.

Would've thought Worcester might have been looking more at a 80 minute back rower.

Sounds like they’re just desperate for another big carrier to Lawrence. Be interesting to see who else they bring in this season as it could be a bit of a galacticos team by the sounds of some rumours... although they have to play together mind as we know how a team full of stars can’t always produce the results on the pitch.

Maybe Rory Brand will get a look in now, thought he looked promising at under 20 level but he never seems to have kicked on.

Hill, Kvesic and then a big number 8 makes sense. Not sure the big Tongan who's not really made much impact at either Sarries or Wasps is what they need but it might just have been the best they could get.
