It seems that Jonah Holmes is fed up with Pivac ignoring him, and is looking to move away from Wales, https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/61177246. Wing is pretty competitive for Wales, so I can understand his wish to leave, but I can only assume it'll be for family/lifestyle reasons as he's not going to be the star of any English, French or Irish team.

Frisch is the only Bristol centre to have looked any good this season. Odd decisions at Ashton Gate.

Cheering on the Tigers in Detroit.
Previously a slower, shorter, less good looking version of Tom Croft.

Less odd when you realise that they accidentally missed the deadline for telling 6 players they didn't want to activate the extra year on their contract so now have to offload players they want to keep or break the salary cap

Frisch also joined on a one year deal and had quite a few suitors, the numbers presumably growing the more he played. Cap coming down, Bristol struggling to get under it and him wanting more money meant he was going to have to go. Qualifying for England, Ireland and France left him plenty of options of where to go.
