Not sure I would want to play more games on artificial turf than not, especially as he had a ACL go pop if I remember correctly...

Of him & Burns he was the one I was sorry to see go.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

Who was their last home game against RB? I was there but racking my brains, they both scored. Think Kitchener scored too,or another who was leaving did.

Genge, Cole and the two Youngs brothers.

On the other hand, of that Sale team only the Curry brothers (who were I think in the development squad at the time), AJ MacGinty, Bryon McGuigan and Ross Harrison are in their squad now from the 2016-17 season.

I don’t understand. Tigers squad player to Blues squad player. False hopes?

I'm guessing RB is referring to rumours that Roberts was tempted by suggestions he was in the frame for a Wales cap. Injuries played the biggest role in his career so far sadly. The poor bloke has had no luck with them at all. He is at least stringing some minutes together with Jersey since the restart. I'd love to see Jack fight his way back to Premiership or Pro14 contract.

To be honest I only realised Roberts was with Jersey the other week when checking to see if Charlie Beckett was back there. Beckett really shone for Jersey for a couple of seasons and I hoped he might get a longer term contract with Gloucester on the back of a short term deal there when last season restarted with a congested schedule. It didn't happen and he's now with Ampthill though. He's had an odd career in ways with a late move from flanker to prop, now ending up at lock but I thought his Championship form had shown there's still a Premiership player in there. He looked a big talent in his academy days.

For me it’s a common tactic from welsh rugby.
They will cap or say that a player is close to a call up when reality is they just want to boost up their squad numbers for cheaper money.

Like Will Griff John he’s a very good prem player but nothing has suggested that he’s a international and I think Wales agree really considering he still hasn’t got capped.(sale upgraded with Schonert though).
