I don't think we were allowed, I think he was a temporary injury signing and still under contract.

The IRFU have blocked PSDT move to Munster apparently.

From what I have seen in Super Rugby, the lock combination of Jenkins and RG Snyman was a pretty effective unit at the Bulls.

Re: Transfers & Rumours Non-Tigers 2020-21
Munster confirmed Jenkins yesterday, yet another 6'7 lock or back row. Decent, mid 20s, not as good as mostert et al but well respected. Certainly not in same wage bracket as psdt which according to twittersphere is why that didn't happen but Jenkins did as the signing to replace CJ Stander next season.
I had been hoping Jenkins would be to replace RG snyman who would join us. But that is the very definition of wishful thinking..

Not really seen much of him. Think he's got one cap for SA and is another tall, mobile monster of the like SA seem to manage to produce on a regular basis. The lock/6 combination of RG Snyman, Beirne and Jenkins in whatever order they line up will be pretty fearsome for Munster. Add in POM and one other and that is some serious power.

From what I remember about Jenkins it didn't seem that impressive.
RG and Lood obviously the main guys, but I remember Kirsten overtaking Jenkins
That being said more experience than our Bok lock.

Could've been worse though!
Anyone got a spare 600K?

Neil Fissler believes that on going talks between Cardiff and Dia Young are nearing conclusion to make his role as DoR permanent - length of contract being the final sticking point.
