Talking about recent events. Thought it might get more attention in it's own thread.

This might provide some fascinating answers, but will most likely just be vague platitudes. What's important now is what happens on the pitch.

If you don't go in hard it's not a tackle it's an insult.

"Does the Rugby Committee exist on the Board still ?" "No". Is BK on the way out then?

All the stuff about the departures was, of course, meaningless. Some of the explanations were weak at best, but what else could they say?

Andrea and Steve very impressive (as was Sam).

No more rugby committee is the best Tigers news I've heard this year, maybe even decade. Finally we're a professional organisation that allows people to do the jobs they're employed to do. No longer an outdated private members club. :smt041

BK meaning Ben Kay? He is also a long term partner of a London advertising company as well doing his media work. He may be offering insights outside of the Rugby Committee.

The main things said
It was said outright, was PT said that Rory leaving was completely unrelated to Geordan leaving.

Team starts training again Tuesday as all who test negative on Monday are able to return

Andrea & Steve spoke well, those two along with Jan NEED to be the main pillars we build around.
Used to run around with an 11, 14 or 15 on my back.

A lot of fans have got what they wanted; a clear out with Borthwick in sole charge of the playing side. Andrea Pinchen has worked wonders and Peter Tom has probably decided enough is enough and is making sure, in these difficult times that Tigers, as a club survives.
I will take a season where we avoid relegation and hopefully push for a top half spot.
Like City when they got to ThePremiership under Pearson the first priority is to survive. City had problems like Tigers but through their excellent chairman( sadly departed) took harsh decisions to turn the club into a force to be reckoned with.
Time to circle the wagons and fight whatever is thrown at us.
Keep safe and well everyone and get behind the club.
I’m still proud to be a Tiger.

You clearly won’t believe anything the club say, so I’d suggest you don’t bother listening to it in the future.
