Tigers win 38-34
Really good result considering a all U17 team starting.

Tries from
Finn Carnduff x3 !
Chester Owen
Max Nolan x2

Morgan Meredith 5/6 conversions

Hopefully we will get a update on players who are stepping up to the development squad soon.
Hatrick from the row, blimey. Could be one to watch.

A couple for the replacement hooker as well. The forwards certainly showed up in attack then.

Anyone seen the photo on Twitter of the new academy kit? Chester Owen on the left looks like a big lad already.

Academy season trylights, a couple of my takeaways are Tim Hoyt is absolutely enormous and Koroiyadi, Laulu-Togagae and Woodward seem very prominent in a lot of the scores

so looking at the Development squad
Hooker: Vanes
Props: Dimen, Rowntree Whitcombe,
Locks: Chessum, Henderson, Manz, Martin,
Back Row: Ashworth, Ilione, Lavin, K.Smith, T.Smith
Scrum Half: Law, van Poortvliet, Edwards
Fly Half:
Centre: Kelly
Wings: Browning,
Full Back: Steward

Whitcombe, Chessum, Henderson, Martin, Van Poortvliet, Kelly, Steward are most likely considered more Senior players
I can see Dimen, Ashworth and Lavin going.

So potentially quite a bit of space.
I reckon Seb Smith, Tim Hoyt, Lewis Chessum and Phoenix Laulu-Togagae have gotten contracts.

Is Koroiyadi in his last season?

Thanks, has there ever been a player who has been an academy player who has been given a senior contract before their final year?
