For me the YPOTY is a close choice between senior players Reffel and Heyes, and development players Steward and Thom Smith. Reffel for me due to his influence in the game and amount of appearances. POTY has to be Tom Youngs for not just his resurgence, but for setting the standard for all the newcomers.
