Club of the Year - Erdington, Mrs G's birthplace. Interesting that what they say about the RFU reflects what many on here say.
Leicester Tigers 1995-
Nottingham 1995-2000
Swansea (Whites) 1988-95
A game played on grass in the open air by teams of XV.

So much opportunity for rugby missed by not pushing to get the sport into more non-private schools.

Think of the greatest sports people in the world... how many had a private education?

Well done to Erdington RFC, sounds like they're doing something wonderful!

My Dad used to play for Erdington vets and local legend has it that Mike Slemen played for them when he was a student in Birmingham. I live about a mile from the club and I'm so pleased that their dedication has been recognised.
