The refereeing hasn't been great today, but if you focus on that you're missing the point.
Tigers used to be a team. We've got more talent in our playing squad than we have for years, but we're not a team.
True. But even when the chips are down it helps if the opposition can score from legal moves. Nephi should have had a pen and the pass to Dombrant was clearly forward.
Does the benefit of the doubt go to the stronger side....

A team that looks low on confidence and as someone remarked not ‘together’ augers all not well in the camp
This match.
This group of players is categorically not being lead/managed well. You can see that from their behaviour and body language.

I agree with those points. But you're conveniently forgetting the missed tackles etc.

Two phases of play where Steward races onto the ball, shows a nice line and then a clever offload, we make big yards. Secondly, Liebenberg shows some footwork and then offloads off the deck to a support runner, we carve them open. Next phase, back to kicking, then we knock on contesting the ball and concede the scrum
Brainless.

If you think you need to be a sports psychologist to have a basic understanding of management, leadership and motivation then you're as clueless as the Tigers leadership seem to be.
