From the bits of Scarlets I have seen he is fitting in well there.

Perpignan, currently leader in France's proD2, whose forwards' coach is Perry Freshwater, are in action tonight away at 5th place Colomiers (a suburb of Toulouse).
Perry joined Perpignan in 2002 from Tigers and played for them until 2012, and has been involved in coaching at the club ever since.

Remember Perry Freshwater well - part of a very strong Leicester set up during his time here and an international in his own right for England (born in New Zealand).Faced unenviable competition for a starting place in the shape of Graham Rowntree.
In those days, simply being at Leicester was reward enough for many...
Personally always rated Perry and glad he has carved such a long and successful career from the game.Very loyal , a rare commodity in in any walk of life , at any time.

Sam Costelow got 15 minutes at the end of a dire Scarlets v Dragons game. Hardly got the ball for 10 minutes and then capped a more involved last 5 minutes with a try and conversion. :smt023

Costelow still looks about 12, well taken try, one quality tackle, looks a genuine talent.
Kalamafonoi put in an brilliant 80, Holmes looked sharp till he went off injured.

Another great shift from Kalamafonoi...
and an all too brief cameo from Costelow.

Personally bemoan both departures although from what I can gather both offers carried much appeal to the players in terms of finance and potential international recognition.

I watched Briz Vs N’cassel yesterday and it was like old times but in a confusing way. Thacker and McGuigan on the injury list, Crane on the sidelines, Flood, Owen, Peterson, Mulipola. There was even a Hawkins playing for Briz...(although I think our version retired [from Briz] some time ago).

Watching him last night I thought the same, but we binned him about 4 years ago I think so he has clearly changed and improved a shed load. Don’t ever think I saw him play8ng like that for us or Sale. Can’t win and keep them all but would be trying to sign him back given a sniff!!
There is never any points for 2nd place...

Odogwu does seem to have settled and found himself at Wasps.Good that his undoubted talent is showing signs of fulfillment.
