Matchpass for today's game.

I have received an email with a username and password to obtain a matchpass for the Sale game. The so-called BT help line is useless as nobody seems to understand the problem. The email gives me a Username and Password which I should use as a login at bt.com/sport/watch but when I go to that website I cannot find anywhere to input these. Help please!
