3rd try in. Again I think there were at least two forward passes during the phases. Hopefully Tigers get similar leniency, should they get some possession (and attempt more than "one out" attacks).

Been doing it for the last 2 seasons and yet we still persist with it :smt009
It doesn't help we have a half decent chase that don't want to go up and compete for the ball. You've got to get airborne and get stuck into the guy receiving it.

I've defended him a lot on here but Owolfela doesn't look like he wants to be there. He's got to show more hunger.

We are defending too narrow and are getting picked off outside.
Agree about Owolfela, I simply cannot see what strengths he brings ?

This is embarrassing Borthwick should issue an apology to the fans for this!

4th try in. I guess the hope is that Gloucs take their foot off the gas, and maybe even use some subs early - the likes of May don't need to be out there at the minute.

I think I see the strategy, Let the opposition score 4 tries early on so we can get a couple of consolations whilst they are mentally back in the changing room drinking tea.

It's a good learning curve for the youngsters though apparently

Agreed, I’ve been a fan of his especially when he played for Eng U20 but he doesn’t seem to bring anything at the moment in the premiership.

Good workrate for that tackle from kick off. I actually like him as a player but he's got to up his workrate and his intensity. He's got the pace and the clever feet to be a success but he can't stand on his wing waiting for the ball he's not good enough for that. He needs to be running lines off of other players.

We need to freshen up the pack our pack are miles off the pace.

:smt030 IMO Olowefela has been responsible for the holes in defence leading to 3 tries. He's been out of position or off on one.

Especially in comparison to Potter who has looked good against May on the other wing.
