Playing in France wouldn't rule him out of Lions contention if Gats really wanted his power in the centre against de Allende.

Can believe Eastmond, Bateman, and Reid have only been offered one year deals so less reason for them to accept new terms.Leicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 9:55 pm “As well as Tuilagi, it is thought that Greg Bateman, Kyle Eastmond, Noel Reid, Jordan Taufua and Telusa Veainu missed Leicester's deadline”

What about the other one and which ones would be missed?
Veainu and Taufua would be big losses for me.

Northampton sorted according to the Beeb
If you don't go in hard it's not a tackle it's an insult.

If Eastmond and Reid leave then Brad Barritt could be an interesting option for a 1 year deal. He's extended with Sarries until the end of the postponed 2020 season but hasn't confirmed whether or not he'll retire after that.SthrnTiger wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 10:05 pmCan believe Eastmond, Bateman, and Reid have only been offered one year deals so less reason for them to accept new terms.Leicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 9:55 pm “As well as Tuilagi, it is thought that Greg Bateman, Kyle Eastmond, Noel Reid, Jordan Taufua and Telusa Veainu missed Leicester's deadline”
I was really excited when Reid signed but by the end of the season I'd have preferred to see Hardwick or Worth getting game time in the midfield. Reid being played at 10 when his best position is 12 didn't help though IMO. Eastmond's defence last season was really poor at times.

Taufua and Veainu would be the biggest losses, hopefully something can still be sorted for them two....

Taufua is a really impressive player he would be very difficult to replace & should be our captain, the other 2 very good players when fit, but one hasn't really done much for Tigers for sometime & hasn't really repaid the clubs backing of him, the other was plucked from nowhere to get a pretty lucrative career I would guess.TigerBoy1880 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 10:08 pm3+1=4Wayne Richardson Fan Club wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 10:04 pmOnly one of them to me would be a huge loss. 3 really wouldn't be missed.Leicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 9:55 pm “As well as Tuilagi, it is thought that Greg Bateman, Kyle Eastmond, Noel Reid, Jordan Taufua and Telusa Veainu missed Leicester's deadline”

Car wise a bit like a TVR very impressive when on the road but far too often in the garage.
To win is not as important as playing with style!

Re: LEICESTER TIGERS 2020/21 SQUAD/TRANSFERS/CONTRACT THREAD Part 2
So we are looking at for this season (So far)
1. Genge, Leatigaga, Whitcombe,
2. Youngs, Mamu, Kerr, Clare, Vanes
3. Cole, Heyes, Dimen, Rowntree
4. Lavanini, Wells, Martin, Manz
5. Enever, Green, Henderson, Chessum
6. Liebenberg, Lewis, Lavin, Ilione
7. Reffell, Gough
8. Brink, Coghlan, Smith, Ashworth
9. Youngs, White, Simmons, Law, JVP, Edwards
10. Ford, Henry, McPhilips
11. Nadolo, Aspland-Robinson
12. Scott, Hardwick, Glynn
13. Taute, Kelly
14. Potter, Olowofela, Browning
15. Steward, Worth
That's what it is sounding like currently.
Honestly thats a good first choice 23 in that team, on the whole Nadolo helps with the Manu loss a lot.
Really a prop, 2 back 3 players, a centre and a back row short in my eyes.
if those players go maybe Aled Walters to bring his mate Jesse Kriel.

My feelings exactly with Reid. Barritt would be a great 1 year signing but expect he could get more money elsewhere.ABClub wrote: ↑Tue Jun 30, 2020 10:11 pmIf Eastmond and Reid leave then Brad Barritt could be an interesting option for a 1 year deal. I’m no expert in contract law but would guess if they don’t accept revised terms and don’t find another club to play for Tigers have to pay them full whack even if they don’t play. If this is likely to be the last contract they get, as bad as it sounds, financially that may be their best option.

With
Bateman highlights he would be a good signing for a Japanese club really.
Sounds like Manu and Taufua are being targets of a billionaire.
Veainu Japan.
Wonder what Eastmond might do Japan again would be a good shout, or maybe League?

So seems like the club will stand them down and that the 6 players may be looking at taking legal action.
Oh dear.
