If there is another extended deadline to Thursday, I’m hopeful we can still reach a deal with Manu.

Not sure of my feelings if he did decide to leave, but with the Lions especially still on the table I’m not convinced Manu would actually depart.

Playing in France wouldn't rule him out of Lions contention if Gats really wanted his power in the centre against de Allende.

Only one of them to me would be a huge loss. 3 really wouldn't be missed.

If Eastmond and Reid leave then Brad Barritt could be an interesting option for a 1 year deal. He's extended with Sarries until the end of the postponed 2020 season but hasn't confirmed whether or not he'll retire after that.

I was really excited when Reid signed but by the end of the season I'd have preferred to see Hardwick or Worth getting game time in the midfield. Reid being played at 10 when his best position is 12 didn't help though IMO. Eastmond's defence last season was really poor at times.

Taufua is a really impressive player he would be very difficult to replace & should be our captain, the other 2 very good players when fit, but one hasn't really done much for Tigers for sometime & hasn't really repaid the clubs backing of him, the other was plucked from nowhere to get a pretty lucrative career I would guess.
Car wise a bit like a TVR very impressive when on the road but far too often in the garage.

That's what it is sounding like currently.
Honestly thats a good first choice 23 in that team, on the whole Nadolo helps with the Manu loss a lot.

Really a prop, 2 back 3 players, a centre and a back row short in my eyes.
if those players go maybe Aled Walters to bring his mate Jesse Kriel.

My feelings exactly with Reid. Barritt would be a great 1 year signing but expect he could get more money elsewhere.

I’m no expert in contract law but would guess if they don’t accept revised terms and don’t find another club to play for Tigers have to pay them full whack even if they don’t play. If this is likely to be the last contract they get, as bad as it sounds, financially that may be their best option.
