I just hope Tigers go out to win or at least play like they do at home and scrap for everything. Get our lineout ball secured, I reckon we have enough to get one or two maul tries too.

Maybe it is Frank Spencer. Distract the opposition at every line-out.

Probably a better chance of success than our usual strategy of having TPN put the ball into low earth orbit...
No, not that one!

Remember, whatever you do to the smallest of the backs you do to his prop, and you can't avoid the rucks and mauls forever...

I know you don't like it when I boo him but how else will he know he's wrong?

Apologies Fentiger, I thought I had put down Wells to start, corrected now.

I think that we may be targeting the home games so wouldn’t surprise me to see some rotation especially given the artificial pitch and higher risk of injuries. :smt001

It pains me to say it but I can only see Salarycens second-string giving us an absolute hiding.

Yep. I remember last year (?) Veanu coming back after first game after injury - what was it jaw - and in first few minutes on that horrible surface wrecking his ankle? Out for months.

Usually upbeat but just cant see anything other than a nil pointer and injuries.

To be honest I reckon we may as well sacrifice this and the game against Exeter. Without a full 1st team I cant see us getting anything out of either. Then go for it once the England boys are back.
Bonus is I can't see Irish, Worcester, Bath or Gloucester getting anything from their games this coming weekend either so table will look pretty similar.

The positives are that this match may give more game time to inexperienced youngsters whilst preserving our key players. However, I fear another abysmal performance and heavy defeat. It would be great if our line out and kicking game is fit for purpose.

Our kicking game especially from White was on the money last week.

Not from where I was sitting, the kicking out of hand including Macphillips and use of the wind when we had it was second best compared to Worcester in terms of meterage made.

Yes White did with great success put the ball behind the Worcester rush defence but he struggled against the wind in meterage made more than his opposite number.
