The coaches have picked a team to do a job on Sunday, and that is get a win.
IMHO the team they have picked is more than good enough to do that. Others are not so sure, which is their opinion.
The problem is that until around 5 pm on Sunday we don’t know what is going to happen.
If they don’t win I for one will be happy to come on here and say I was wrong and question what the coaches were doing.
I wonder just how many of the critics will be prepared to do the same thing if we win.
And before we get the normal, well we’ve been rubbish fit the past season and a half blah blah, some sort of momentum has built up since Exeter, and the team aren’t going to want to loose it now.

It's worth remembering that there is no selection that 100% guarantees a win or a loss, if there was then we wouldn't need to play the games, just swap team sheets and distribute the points.
As others have said the next two weeks really ought to be about preparing for the seven, eight or nine that follow them and I'd say this selection looks about right in that light.

No, not that one!

Likewise. No mention of the Tigers game on the Sky planner or BT sport website. Strange...strawclearer wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 6:26 pmBT2HD at 3pm tomorrow is Racing92 v Munster according to my provider (Virgin)

Tigers account on instagram also said not being shown.Rutlandtiger wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 7:34 pm On tigers web page states ". This game is not scheduled for live coverage with BT Sport".
Am I right in thinking it’s the only European game out of 20 not being shown this weekend anywhere?

I think you are confused. What I heard and saw related to the screening of the Pau v Tigers game next Saturday at 12:45.LE18 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 7:13 pmIt was announced by the commentary team earlier. Re: Tigers vs Cardiff - 12th January 2020
Been trying to work out what we need from the next 2 games to get a home quarter.
Toulon and Bristol have already qualified and with Toulon at home and Bristol at Zebre, they will likely qualify as top 2 seeds.
Bordeaux have also qualified and are on 22 points, but they have a trip to the Ricoh next weekend so should be a tough fixture for them.
Castres top the other group on 18 points but are away to Worcester next weekend, and if Worcester win and deny Castres anything, they will top that group on 19/20 points.
So a win today of any sort means we top the group, a bonus point win puts on 23 points and Possible 3rd seeds but depending on Bordeaux 4th seed as their points difference is better than ours.
Pau are also still in the hunt to qualify as one of the best group runners up.
If I had to put 50 p on it I think the qualifiers in seeding order will be:
Toulon, Bristol, Bordeaux, Tigers, Worcester, Pau, Castres and Edinburgh, with the quarters being
Toulon v Edinburgh
Bristol v Castres
Bordeaux v Pau
Tigers v Worcester
