Anyone else notice on opposition box kicks that Genge is taking the 8 role in the backfield? Against Quins and Bristol.

Some great intensity by Leicester.. seem really up for this, as you'd hope. Great to see and 3 tries in 25 minutes too.. very nice!

Brilliant defence at the end, unlucky not to have the bonus point just got to be the same for the next 40 minutes.

Makes sense. Kalamafoni isn't the most explosive carrier and is a big tackler, we want Taufua in the line to compete at the breakdown. Plus how many times are you going to kick to Genge? Not many back three players chasing the kick are going to appreciate trying to bring him down with a 15 metre run up.Leicestertinytiger wrote: ↑Sat Jan 04, 2020 1:33 pm Anyone else notice on opposition box kicks that Genge is taking the 8 role in the backfield? Who's more likely to be biased - the referee, or some Tigers fans posting on a Tigers forum?

Well better than many games I've seen. So far so good, now can they play well for two halves on the same day?
Nowadays referees decide matches, players by how much.
