Expectations for this year

Post by fleabane »

Coaching clearout.

Borthwick in with own team.

Avoid relegation.

Aim for eighth.

Forget European competition and concentrate on Premiership survival.

Give us HOPE!

Top4. It is achievable with our squad but its beyond this coaching team and board.

Going on the fact we've been minced by relegation favourites London Irish...……..Relegation, GM sacked before Christmas and another mess made by the board.

Expectations for the year. I will continue to be disappointed. Radical change needed top down, and I mean the very top, which wont happen.

Borthwick saga to carry on until after Six Nations when he signs a new contract with England.
A coach, probably Bakewell, to be sacked after Europe fixtures, prior to Saints game, and replaced officially by Deacon.
Senior players to sign for other clubs at end of contracts.
Relegation to be confirmed by mid April.
Saving grace will be Prem Rugby announcing Ring Fencing once they know it wont save Saracens.

Unless there are significant changes 2 or 3 more home wins maybe 1 away.

Even with the England players back our squad isn't really any better than anybody else's, except maybe two of the teams we've already been beaten by. We're going down unless something significant happens in the leadership department.
