Manu Vunipola might be available!Jacko27 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 9:34 am Report in today's DT that Toronto Wolfpack - having signed Sonny Boy Williams - are looking to sign Manu. Manu's in contract with us until June '21 apparently but TW seem to have plenty of financial clout. It's also claimed they are after Ben Two. They're welcome to him!
Happy days clearing straw from the pitch before the Baa-Baas games! KBO

Manu gets linked with a big money move every year regardless of whether he's out of contract or not.
He's just got back to his best, was a star performer in the semi-final and has a young family in the area. I can't see him going anywhere soon. At 28 he has another big contract in him after this one as well.

I think only Sarries could afford him.ABClub wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 4:20 pm Manu gets linked with a big money move every year regardless of whether he's out of contract or not.

Despite what many fans may feel about Murphy's tenure, three players are certainly buying in to his vision. Three years is a long time to commit to somewhere if you've no faith in the direction the club is heading in when you're an ambitious player like EllisRagingBull wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 7:04 am Rugby paper saying Genge has snubbed a offer from Bristol and is close to signing a 3 year contract with Tigers

Given the reasons he left Bristol I'd be surprised if he went back there.RagingBull wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 7:04 am Rugby paper saying Genge has snubbed a offer from Bristol and is close to signing a 3 year contract with Tigers

Agreed...
Not now , however.Too close to the past......
Seemingly heading rapidly toward senility .....Not long or far to go now , in fact, getting worse daily.....

Although, if you're looking to get the best possible deal elsewhere, you're not going to say you have no interest in staying where you are, are you?longlivethecrumbie wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 7:18 amDespite what many fans may feel about Murphy's tenure, three players are certainly buying in to his vision. Read between the lines and you might find the words "you'll have to offer me more than that, Bristol".
That said, I'm just playing devils advocate. There are still some good reasons for a front rower to stay at Tigers, even if competing for trophies isn't among them.

Offer from Bristol? But they aren't allowed to talk to him prior to January.RagingBull wrote: ↑Sun Nov 10, 2019 7:04 am Rugby paper saying Genge has snubbed a offer from Bristol and is close to signing a 3 year contract with Tigers

I've always wondered if the wording on this is a bit more weighted towards not being able to approach the player but that doesn't stop a club approaching his agent?TTRITH wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 12:36 pmOffer from Bristol? much like in football players know what they are being offered long before they are allowed to be offered it, they just don't get a formal offer until legally allowed to do solonglivethecrumbie wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 12:46 pmI've always wondered if the wording on this is a bit more weighted towards not being able to approach the player but that doesn't stop a club approaching his agent?TTRITH wrote: ↑Mon Nov 11, 2019 12:36 pmOffer from Bristol?
