Is Lavanini going to be a liability?

Post by biffer »

He has a really poor discipline record. Second time he’s been given a red for Argentina, and has been yellow carded more than any other argentine international ever has. Could’ve been yellowed in the last game as well but got away with one.

Tigers can’t afford indiscipline.

Yes! I've watched SR all season and he's got a problem controlling the red must!

With the laws having been tightened up, we are seeing more penalties, yellow cards and red cards in the game. Hopefully, players will adapt there tackle height to stay within the laws. Those players that have been sanctioned to date need to learn from the experience.

If someone has been sanctioned once or twice they might be capable of learning, but when it happens again and again, it’s difficult to believe they will.

It's a mental problem biffer,he can't. control himself. That is way harder to sort out than technique,he might never be able to sort it who knows?

He’s been repeatedly sanctioned for no arms hits so it appears tackling technique is a long standing issue.

The answer is no body knows, certainly no one on here knows him well enough to know his state of mind.
Hopefully change of environment for him will eradicate any issues if they exist

So your first point has no back up other than the incident today.
Are you going to ask if Manu is going to be a liability because he tackled the player in the air and should have had a yellow. His previous discipline record is hardly spotless

So to summarise today’s posts

Young’s is rubbish
Young’s is good
Lavanini is a liability and we shouldn’t have signed him
Lavanini will bring the edge we need
Ford is rubbish
Ford is good
Ford is now better than Farrell
Everyone is rubbish
England are average
England are good

Regardless of the above Tigers are doomed

Think that about covers it
