Jonah Holmes has shown the internationals who are away how to perform upon their return. He was obviously disappointed to be left out of Wales’ World Cup squad put really put that behind him to play outstandingly well last night.

Haven't seen the game yet but that that's great to hear, he's come a long way in a short time. Let's hope we don't lose him to one of the regions any time soon.

The regions will never be able to tempt him financially unless the WRU steps in.
