Telusa and Sione are going to be absolutely knackered when they eventually get back to Welford Road!

Telusa didn’t play their first match, loving your positivity though

Do you not think he left everything out there today?

Yeah I was a bit confused by Mark's stance too, the Tongans threw everything and more at France and surely that's something to be admired?

Yes I do and as the commentary team said he and Kalamafoni were the 2 stand out Tongans.
My point is I that you could make the same comment about any of our England players, Lavanini before his moment of madness yesterday, and even Taufua who is playing for Tasmin, the situation is what it is to state the obvious is a little negative imo

Didn't watch the France game so can somebody help me out please? I had a double NZ by 61-70 and France by 21-30 ,looks like France went about 16 points ahead and it offered me a nice cash out. I took it knowing my bet wasn't on then looked again and the score changed. I'm obviously not going to complain but did France have a try chalked off?

France went 17-0 up I think.

2nd half France 'scored' a try but it was scrubbed due to a knock on earlier in play.

Sounds about right, think it was a knock on (double, Tonga first the France). Scrubbed anyway, and tonga came back strong after that, if they could have taken the re-start with less than a minute remaining I think they'd have found a way to score again - but Penaud nicked the kick off.

The France v Tonga game is still available on ITV Hub, the second half is undoubtedly the best but not sure if you can fast forward to miss the ads and waffle. Worth a view particularly as E v F on Saturday. :smt027

Just proves how poor the 9 production line is in this country when a world class player like Reinach is SA 3rd choice!

Springboks up 31-0 after 20 mins. Does it seem to anybody else like the gap between 'tier one' and 'tier two' nations is getting wider?

South Africa are a country mile ahead of Canada. This could be a cricket score...I feel for Canada but South Africa are up for it and you can only beat what is in front of you.
There is never any points for 2nd place...
